A Surprise To Me

For some reason my other half has started reading about the stock market and is talking about investing more and has even been doing his own research on possibilities.

This is shocking to me because he normally refuses to even read the instruction manuel on anything even if it is something that if done wrong could cause death. yeah he is that bad when it comes to reading.

So what brought all of this on is still unknown but I am trying to find out because I am a little worried that maybe aliens have taken over his body!!!

I am glad that he is doing this don't get me wrong, but I am seriously curious as to what brought this on.

Lol, it sounds like maybe he's been talking to someone at work about investing in the stock market. Right now I don't think is the best time to begin doing this.

The only investing I've done lately is adding to my 401k each pay. I hope that when it's time for me to retire that I'll have a good nest egg to count on. It's not easy to decide where to put your money these days with the stock market and the state that our country is in right now.

Unfortunately, I don't see a change coming very soon in either, which is scary. We need to see a huge turn around in the way this country is doing business in general - but of course this is wishful thinking. Bailing out the country's finances will be put on the shoulders of those who have paid into social security all their working lives, and on those who are defending the country, those teaching our children and keeping us safe from criminals and fires. So what else is new???!!!! Seems to be the way it's been done for a long time now.

What we need to do is to sweep Washington clean and start over!! This is NOT the way it was intended to be!! Who but Congress has the right to give themselves a pay raise whenever they want?? These things should be voted on and should be only put on a ballot if Congress has actually represented us, the people who put them into office - not big business who pulls the strings.

Those morons who are running this country at the present time should be kicked out so that people who care about the people and the country are able to step in and take care of business.

It isn't right that Congress is able to give themselves pay raises when ever they please. I can't do that so why in the hell should they be allowed??

I completely agree that we need to clean out our government and get rid of everyone!!! Then find people who really want the job and aren't soely worried about the pays!!

The stock market is something that always baffles me the sealingof commodities always seems to make or brake the ciuntry its all inside trading and it makes no sence to me we made this country on the sewat of out brow and the back breaking men and women to get where we are today it sadens me to see this is the way the country is run now on who buys what and and how much
