Default Dow drops GM.

The Dow has recently decided to drop General Motors from its list.

This came after GM's announcement that it was filing for bankruptcy.

I am not sure that this was the smart thing to do. All of the advertisements that I see suggest that GM isn't going anywhere.

They are in the midst of restructuring their company and will be stronger for the effort.

They are also reporting that they are returning to small. Which means smaller vehicles and smaller more selective companies. Remember the days when the boss knew you. Perhaps this is where we are headed and it is good alll the way around.
