New To The Market

For anyone who is more or less for the first time reading the market news in the paper or online, it appears to be in a foreign language.

At least that is the impression I got and at times still get when checking things out.

I haven't invested money in quite a while now because the market isn't stable enough for my tastes. Though I remember seeing the market news in the paper and never understood what it meant or how on earth anyone could understand it.
