Default Politics and Stock Market

The Congressional elections that are coming next week could possibly tilt the stock market either way as stocks are rising in the political gridlock.

Elections have a high impact on the way that the stock market falls. Though hopefully after the elections are over and done with the stock market will stabilize and things in this country will turn around and those who have been holding out on investing will once again feel comfortable once again taking a chance with their money.

Time will tell I guess. Though I wish that we didn't have to wait that long. It sure would be nice to see some positive things happening right now, rather than waiting for any length of time.

Default Re: Politics and Stock Market

I just read that the election could cause the stock market to rally and it could last for at least ninety days. That would be great because the market effects everything.

Experts say that a rise in the stock market goes hand-in-hand with the mid-term elections. Typically there is an equalization of power with the mid-term elections and if history repeats that will mean a boost to the market.

The stock market doesn't do well with uncertaintly, thats for sure. Once everything is settled with the elections, the uncertaintly is gone and the market goes up.

In the past, the market has almost always began to rally about thirty days prior to the election. This year was no different so thats good news.
