Default Stock market holidays.

I hadn't really thought about it much but I just found out that the stock market takes holidays just like everyone else. Its nice to know that prior to trying to check the market right.

New Year's Day-Martin Luther King, Jr. DayJanuary 17, 2011Presidents' DayFebruary 21, 2011Good FridayApril 22, 2011Memorial DayMay 30, 2011Independence DayJuly 4, 2011Labor DaySeptember 5, 2011Thanksgiving DayNovember 24, 2011ChristmasDecember 26, 2011 (Observed)

Now that you know what days are observed you can plan around these days. Buying or selling on regular business days and using the holidays to do your research or planning.
